Is there a report or analytics for activity notes?
Analytics for activity notes
For the Service request module, we need to create a new report that can download the notes from the activities. However, when we check the BI, we only see the subject areas Sales – CRM Contact Note, Sales – CRM Customer Note, and Sales – CRM Opportunity Note. Do you know which subject area contains the notes from the activities?
