US compliance reporting
We plan to retire our US & CA Operational Data Store (ODS). Currently, it feeds HR & payroll data to multiple downstream applications. Equally as important, it helps us meet critical business requirements. Three of these are US compliance reporting for
- Census
- EEO
- Workers Comp
Please help us understand how Oracle HCM Cloud can meet these requirements without a third-party ODS. If one is required, can we use our existing OAC platform in place of our ODS?
