Add parenthesis to separate Name and Job name in Hiring team section

Once the hiring manager selected from the List of Values, Name and designation appears in one single line without any parenthesis.

Is there anyway we can add a parenthesis or Semi colon to seperate name and designation. Thanks in advance.
