          We have a requirement in our current project as follows:

We have an employee initiated ICP say, ICP_XYZ. The approval rule configured for this ICP is as follows;

When employee submits ICP = ICP_XYZ then it should be routed to the employee’s Line Manager.

I have configured the ICP and it’s approval rule and it is working fine.

Now, the requirement is that if the Manager receives an approval notification for this ICP and if the Manager does not take any action on it for 3 days then a remainder should be received by the approving manager.
