Transmission Configuration > SFTP > Not Able to Test FTP Server

Hello All,

In task Manage Transmission Config, for ‘Secure File Transfer Protocol for Static File Names’ we are configuring the below (Free FTP Server on the web) 

FTP Server IP Address

FTP Account User Name

FTP Account Password

Remote File Directory


However, when we click on Test button, we get the message ‘The test attempt failed’

Any idea on why we get this error?
