Read request for tasks notifications

Content (required):

The participants in the journey do not cooperate with us and do not enter their task or click finish.

We want to find a way to ensure that the employees received the task which we thought it may be a way to know who received the email notification saying that there is a task for him, but I don't know how to implement it.

Maybe you have ideas on how to get cooperation or/and know which party received the notification.
