We intent to set the Division, Department and Location read-only as the data could be inherited from Job Requisition.

We reference the guide Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: How to Make Offer Assignment Fields Read Only: Location, Business Unit, Position, Job (Doc ID 2809627.1) and find that after set the fields as display only. In employment related actions such as Change Employment, Promotion, Hire an Employee, These 3 fields are set as read only too.

We just want the EL statement which could limited the display only scope just in the Create/Edit Job Offer page.
