Manually Add Referrer

Summary:

I understand that if an employee refers a candidate, they will appear in the Source Info.

However, if the employee referred a candidate generally and not with a specific requisition, is there anyway to manually add the employee to the source info? I do not see Referral as an option in the LOV:

How can I add referrer to this and then the employee LOV?
