Dashboard - People with pending actions (export or table name)

On the dashboard, I'd like to either EXPORT the list of 'People with pending actions'. I don't see this option?

OR how can I use OTBI with the proper filter - I tried using the 'Benefits - Actions Items Real Time' and cannot get to the count that is showing on the dashboard.

OR in SQL, what is the right table for those persons that have open pending actions.

Suggestions on any of the 3 would be great. Thank you.
