Prevent Extending Offer If Offer Exceeds # of Positions on a Requisition

Summary:

Prevent creation of a job Offer for a Candidate when another Candidate is in Background Check with One Job Opening on Requisition.

Content (required):

If a Requisition has one opening, is there a way to prevent a recruiter from creating a new offer on a Requisition when there is another applicant in background check? When we had Taleo, the system would prevent the Recruiter from extending an offer if that offer would exceed the number of positions on a requisition if there were other accepted offers, candidate in background check, or hires that added to the total number of positions. You could create the offer, but not extend it.

Howdy, Stranger!
