Is it possible to load library goals to workers goal plan via hsdl or hdl

Hello,


Has anyone used hdl or hsdl to load goals from the goal library to a workers goal plan? If so, is it possible to include available fields like Sub Type and Long description? I've been reading around about loading goals and haven't seen anything like that yet.
