How to do a cross reference to a column of type list in another plan

Summary:

Unable to do a cross reference from plan A to another column of type List in plan B

Content (required):

There are 2 plans, plan A and plan B.

There is a column of type List in plan A.

In plan B, I want to make a cross reference to that list column from plan A.

I have tried using a text column, a numeric column and even a list column from plan B to do the cross reference but it is not working.

Can you please guide how do I proceed?
