List of Values for Labels in Candidate Search

Hi!

We are currently using labels to tag candidates. In candidate search, the field for labels in candidate details is a search box to type field:

Is it possible to change this to a field with dropdown button for its list of values? The recruiter cannot possibly know all available labels in the system and a dropdown button of the possible values under labels will be easier and convenient for recruiters.
