To provide a Rest API which will retrieve tasks list for a specific user by sending the username as a param.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Sometimes managers/admins want to know how many tasks are assigned or completed by a specific user to measure KPIs and follow up on his/her performance also they may reassign/delegate the tasks to another employee.
