unable to rollback the transfer to subledger process in payroll

unable to rollback the transfer to subledger process. creating accounting process ran in final mode.

unable to rollback the transfer to subledger process. creating accounting process ran in final mode. Payroll side all the amount have been processed successfully but while reconciling the report finance side showing the incorrect values. hence finance team suggested us the rollback the process. when I am trying it's getting error. you can't rollback once creating account is run.
