What action create/update/delete entry from PAY_DIR_REP_CARD_USAGES_F

We wanted to know which action in oracle impacts the table PAY_DIR_REP_CARD_USAGES_F

What we are trying to achieve is get the RELATIONSHIP_GROUP_ID from run results.

Below query is providing correct record for almost all the record but in some PAY_DIR_REP_CARD_USAGES_F table does not have relavnt entry.

However, the same is availble in audit table PAY_DIR_REP_CARD_USAGES_F with INSERT mode
