Would it be possible to have my entire tenancy reset?

I managed to completely lock myself out of both OCI and idcs by wrongly using the stacks feature of OCI to clean up my tenancy. I used to be able to add myself back to the Administrator group in the past, but now it just shows a


Button instead.


I am however still able to log in to both OCI and idcs, I just get permission denied errors if I try to change/create anything.
