Deferred journey deadline passed but it's not deploying

Summary:

I deployed a journey with on 9/20 for the following day - 9/21. The journey shows as deferred. The deployment date is showing in the past. Could anyone tell me why this is happening? I'm scared we're going to receive a mass failure for a journey we are about to deploy company-wide.
