Can manager's manager download performance document of the indirect reports
Senior manager unable to download full detailed performance document for indirect reports
As head of department, should be able to download indirect reports performance document in full, but she can only view a front sheet, with the details of the document seemingly redacted. he has access to view the details in the system, but not to view a printed/PDF version.
line manager can able to download his direct reports but how second level manager can download his indirect repartees performance document?
