How to provide access to the Support Corner complete menu?

Hi,

I am currently the administrator for the life sciences ILT process in Taleo LS Learn (formerly HS Learn). I will soon transfer this responsibility to a different team, but I am unsure of how to grant them access to all the options in the Support Corner menu (see attached picture). I have submitted a support ticket through the HSGBU support portal, but I was told they could not help.
