CX Sales Mobile Scripts Not Working

I am having issues setting columns/fields to be mandatory via scripting such that in the app, they act as required (erroring if empty and displaying 'Required'). I am mainly focusing on having scripts for 'On Create' and 'On Edit' and am able to get fields properly set to mandatory within Sales Leads, but no others. (I was able to verify it working by toggling the script active/inactive and the fields changing from required/not-required). However, when I repeated the process across Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Tasks and Appointments, the scripts seemingly have no affect. I made sure to utilize the 'CX Object
