Workforce Compensation Batch Refresh vs Administer Workers Reprocess

Summary:

We have an active workforce compensation plan. Worker is terminated in HR within cycle dates, and after workforce compensation plan is refreshed through batch process, eligibility remains for terminated worker; however if we access administer workers and 'reprocess', worker's eligibility is updated and they are removed from the plan.

How can we use scheduled refreshes to update eligibility so that terminated workers, are correctly made in-eligible.

Content (required):

When we try to use batch process 'full refresh'.

The terminated worker is still showing as eligible. We find this when the worker is a line manager and has direct reports.

Howdy, Stranger!
