What is the setup to configure "Supplier configuration Id" that is shown during punchout requisition

in Self Service Procurement 6 comments

I am creating a punchout requisition where i see "Supplier configuration id" for the requisition line in the requisition details UI page. But not sure from where in the system this is getting picked up. Please confirm what is the setup that is driving/populating the value in this field.
