Looking to see if it is possible to have the same journey assigned multiple times to an employee

We are working on a requirement where we are wanting to be able to have an employee assign the same journey to themselves multiple times. We have a scholarship program for students of our employees and to gather the data we were wanting to do a journey with a questionnaire so that they could fill in the GPA achieved and attach the report card for the student.
