Taleo Social Sourcing-looking for help to update footer

I am wanting to update our current footer to include a Follow Us on instagram and facebook and link out to our IG and FB corporate career pages. We hired a consultant years ago that built our page. I have been able to edit customizations in other areas of the page, but I'm having trouble with the footer. Has anyone else made recent updates that could share how they did so? Our current CSS is blank, making it very hard to make code updates.
