Delegate approval for a person but that person should also receive the approval notification.

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement to delegate approval for a person but that person should also receive the approval notification. So wanted to ask you if it is possible that both the persons (the person who is getting delegated and the person for whom we are delegating) will get the approval notification ?

 Can both the person approve as well ? 

Could you pls tell us how can it be achieved ?
