Timestamp on scheduled PPR is not prefered timezone

Time stamp on a scheduled PPR is generated by the system after scheduling. The date is ok but the time is showing GMT time which is not the default timezone for the UI (Eastern time).

Time stamp on a scheduled PPR is generated by the system after scheduling. The date is ok but the time is showing GMT time which is not the default timezone for the UI (Eastern time).

This is confusing to the users when they are looking at the jobs executed. Is there another configuration to show this as default timezone (which is EST)?
