We have requirement of changing Natural Account for Unapplied Cash in Fusion Receivables.

We have checked following setups but unable to locate Unapplied Cash account:

  1. Determined source for Unapplied Cash event. i.e. Remittance Bank Account Unapplied cash account
  2. Determined Remittance Bank Account from Receipt Methods.
  3. Reviewed GL Account details under Remittance Bank Account details from Cash Management module.
