My home region - ap-hyderabad-1 does not allow to create any Ampere instances.

I signed up for free tier, so that I can experiment, before pushing changes to my paid, production server, hosted by Oracle. The production server is larger than the free tier. I just wanted to try stuff in small scale, before pushing to production server. I require atleast 12 GB of RAM and 2 OCPU cores for testing my Java application, along with the nginx web server. So, I could not use the micro-instances. I required Ampere instances. My company, which is employing me, is already a customer of Oracle. We use a BM.Standard.A1 instance for our production server, which
