Ability to make it mandatory to link Supplier contacts to Supplier address

Ability to make it mandatory to link Supplier contacts to Supplier address

When creating a supplier contact, in order for the contact to be available in PO creation, we need to link the contact to the Supplier Address. There are scenarios when the users forgot to link the contact to a Supplier Address. Is there a way where to make the Contact Addresses a mandatory so the user will not be able to skip this?
