Extracting data using BIP Publisher Report for REST API Load (Creating Timecard)

We have a requirement to create bulk time entries for employees (Copying previous timecard and creating the same timecard for current week - Dates differs) and we have decided to load the data using REST API. Sample REST API payload is provided below.

Now we need to extract all those details (startTime, stopTime, reporterIdType, Attribute Details, Etc.,)

Is there any standard report , extract available already to extract those data?

Please guide me. It would be helpful.

Any sample SQL also would help in a great way. (Currently we are trying to fetch details from hwm_tm_rpt_entry_v )
