What is the use of learning section in development goal?
Hi All,
We can see a learning section while creating development goals, I would like to understand the business use of it.
- We can't have that section when approval is enabled for development goal. - Any idea why is this condition in place?
- When we attach learning and submit the goal (which is auto approved) those learning items are not there in the learning history? - Is it expected, if so, what is the use of adding those learning.
- When we complete those learning, will development goals will be marked completed automatically?
Thanks
