How to Add a DFF to journey

Summary:

We would like to add our DFF - Prior Years Experience field to our Pending worker actions through a journey. How would I attach the DFF to the Journey? It looks like we can only add a Guided Journey to the Action in HCM studio so I am unsure how to link the DFF to a task on a guided Journey.
