Deeplink to Approve Adjustment Page or Billing Landing page

Summary:

In the absence of a notification to alert Receivables Adjustments approvers to approve an adjustment, is there a deeplink or shortcut that can take a user directly to the Approve Adjustment Page see attached or the Billing Landing page also attached.

We have used the Manage Adjustment deeplink which is working fine but this doesn't have the approve function on that page

Other relevant question is 'can one build their own deeplink or are we limited to what is provided?'
