How to handle successive life events if the pending action exists?
The customer does not want to keep a due date for the certification and so there is lot of pending action items exiting for employees and they want to handle the successive events as well.
As HCM does not allow us to process the successive event with a pending action item, HR would need to handle this manually by either denying the pending action item so that the employee continue to remain in the previous plan and process the successive event life a "salary change" and later then the employee submits the certificate they should manually come and make the desired election.
