Upgrading to paid subscription, stuck with message "upgrade is in progress"
Summary:
I wanted to have access to paid resources. I had been using Free tier for some time, but now I wanted to upgrade to a paid account. You guys had my CC on file already. I submitted the request to upgrade to a paid account, and this ridiculous message keep showing in the portal for the whole day: "Your account upgrade is in progress." even when my CC was used already for a temp charge of $100.00.
Not sure what else do you need from me. Also (of course) nobody to contact in support, just being re-directed here to the community forums.
