Italy Candidate Disability Disclosure

Summary:

Hello - we hiring in Italy and there is a legal requirement to ask the following:

Please can you advise if you are part of the disabled and protected categories as part of the Italian Law 68/99?

Pregasi specificare eventuale iscrizione nelle liste disabili|categorie protette in base alla legge 68/99?

Answer:

Yes or No, Si or No

We want to be able to use the disability block so we can pull this data over into HCM if the candidate is hired. Any advice? It doesn't appear that this is seeded from Oracle like the US form is?
