Balancing Segement value not showing in List of Values of journal Entry form

Summary:

This issue is faced in Create Journal Entry UI page. We are expecting to show specific list of Primary Balancing segments in LOV of Account only. We are not seeing them all we are seeing only two. We are expecting 19 to show in LOV.

Business requirement is to allow Journal Entry specifically only for 19 Balancing segments out of 26 total in a Ledger. We have created custom Data Access Set at Primary Balancing segment Level. Assigned those 19 Balancing segments to Data Access Set with "Read and Write" authority. We assigned that data access set to User and Role and when we try to create Journal Entry we see only 2 Balancing segments showing in List of Value.
