Is there an issue with APEX in us-ashburn-1?

Hiya,

About 730pm I was in my APEX instance and started getting 404 errors, with an Oracle Cloud page header vs any content within my Apex page. I checked in an hour later and am still getting errors. Cannot get into the Workspace, the application, cannot launch APEX from within the OCI console for the apex Instance. I checked both my ADBs and both have the same problem. I asked a colleague who has APEX running in the same region, they have the same issue.

What's going on?
