OTBI - View employee hierarchy vs manager hierarchy

Summary: I am trying to write an analysis in OTBI which would provide a managers Level 2,3,4,5 Department vs an employee's Level 2,3,4,5 Department. I want to ensure that information is consistent for Department Hierarchy data. Any suggestions on how to populate the hierarchy data for a manager?
