My Garnishments are not processing when Processing Payroll

So, we calculated our Payroll, and I went in and checked our Gross to Net report and Deduction report, and ALL our Garnishments for Child Support, Bankruptcy, and Tax Levy's have not processed. There is no deduction being taken out. Only the new ones we entered. This happened to us a few months back, but we still had support then. They eneded up stopping and restarting ALL our Child Support deductions. It was a nightmare. Has anyone had this problem and know WHY it did this, or how to fix it other then re-entering
