How to mass refresh benefit relationship for inactive employees(current ex employees)?

Summary: We have a requirement that the inactive employees( current ex - employees) also will be having some benefits plan enrollment, as there is a mass loading of inactive employees in system, the benefit relationship will not be automatically assigned for inactive employees, Is there a way to mass refresh benefit relationship and run a life event on their termination day, so they may get their enrollment?
