cannot register to supplier portal with gmail address

Summary:

We are testing the new feature of Fusion 23C NEXT GENERATION USER EXPERIENCE FOR SUPPLIER SELF-SERVICE REGISTRATION. When testing, we can't register the new supplier if the supplier has public email like gmail.com. We can register using corporate email address though.

Is there anyone else who has tested this functionality and able to register using public email address. Most of the small business owners do not own corporate email ddress and use gmail kind of emails.
