Mass enrolment to absence Plan - Fast Formula
Summary:
Hi! I'm trying to create fast formula to enrol employees to absence plans. I want it to enrol employees who were hired before 01/01/2023 with the date 01/01/2023, and empoyees who were hired after 01/01/2023 with their hire date as a enrolment start date. I tried constructing the formula following An Overview of Update Accrual Plan Enrollment Scheduled Process (apps2fusion.com) article, however I'm a bit lost on where I'm going wrong - this is the formula I've created:
/*=========== DATABASE ITEM DEFAULTS BEGIN =====================*/
DEFAULT for PER_ASG_REL_ORIGINAL_DATE_OF_HIRE is '4712/12/31 00:00:00' (date)
/*=========== DATABASE ITEM DEFAULTS ENDS======================*/
