My Tasks Tab needs to be the same view for everyone in the AOR

Summary:

We have the Owner of majority of the Journeys tasks being an Onboarding AOR. The AOR setup itself is broad (criteria is just looking at country: United States) so that everyone in the AOR would be able to 'own' the task.

We understand that if there is no criteria, by default, the AOR will get assigned to the Initiator (so the person that does Move to HR or Convert Pending Worker). Which is not necessarily an issue for us. The issue is that the My Tasks tab doesn't show the same view for everyone in that aor. Even if it is assigned to person A, person B (who is in the AOR) should be able to also see it in their My Tasks tab, and act on it, on behalf of Person A, if they wanted to.
