Mark Prenote as Complete

Summary:

I am wondering if there is a automated way to mark prenote as complete for a new personal payment method. I am aware that it can be done using HDL.

Here are the steps: Step 4 is my question, feel free to add if I am missing anything.

  1. Add a new payment metho for a new hire
  2. Run Prenote process without waiting for payroll. This process update the prenote status to 'Submitted'
  3. Bank confirms that the account is valid.
  4. Prenote status needs to be updated to 'Complete' for the personal payment method to be effective - You can do this manually or using HDL. Is there a automated way ?
