Email setup and subject setup for email notifications

Summary:We have a requirement where we need to setup an email inbox as a recipient of all emails from the ARCS cloud. We would also need help on setting the subject for emails sent from ARCS application as Email Notification.

Is there any document that can be referred to for such a requirement.
