Assign development action with a manager profile to your subordinates
The following steps below were performed:
1 - Login with manager;
2 - Path navigation: Home > My Team > Career Overview
3 - The select all subordinates flag was selected;
4 - Click on the "Add Development Goal" button;
5 - Filling in the fields for the new Development action;
6 - Click on the "Save and Close" button;
When viewing subordinate development goals, a new goal does not appear in their individual development plan. Only the development goal that he already had appears:
