Development goals added in the talent pool are not being assigned to pool members

Summary: Navigation path: My Client Groups > Talent Pools

When creating a talent Pool, I added teh members of the pool, and also the development goals realted to this pool.

After saving and closing, the following message appears:

I searched for the process ID and it was succeeded.

However, When viewing subordinate development goals, a new goal does not appear in their individual development plan. Only the development goal that he already had appears:

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Am I missing something?
