UK Pension Autoenrollment Scheme-Scheme Joining Date vs Scheme Start Date

Have a business scenario whereby an employee must be enrolled into a pension scheme , 12 weeks after joining date. Hence a postponement rule FF is configured and added to the PAE calculation card at LE level.

Assuming an employee joins the Organization on 11-Mar-2022, is on a Monthly Payroll , Upon running the PAE process, system enrolls the employee to the pension scheme effective 01-May-2022 with a scheme joining date of 12-Jun-2022 and qualifying scheme start date of 01-May-2022. The PAE pre tax deduction starts from May-2022 payroll itself. Can someone please help in identifying what is the difference between the two dates(
